Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, we will not accept return or refund requests.

However, in any of the below situations, we are happy to resolve our customer issues to ensure a fair solution at all times. 

 

Replacement policy

  • We at Raavi Fig Orchards need to be notified of damaged product within 3 days from delivery date via email at figtales.india@gmail.com
  • In the email please mention order number, image of invoice, image of the parcel,  clear images of damaged product to be sent. 
  • Damaged product only means the glass jars are broken or the pouches are torn during the shipment and the figs are unfit for consumption. In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product shall be replaced.
  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) at the earliest possible.
  • The emails will be responded to within 48 hours and we will provide any assistance needed there-after.

Missing Product

  1. We at Raavi Fig Orchards need to be notified of missing product within 3 days from delivery date via email at figtales.india@gmail.com 
  2. In the email, order number, image of the invoice needs to be attached. 
  3. We will be unable to refund the amount, instead we shall promptly re-send the missing product, at the earliest. 
  4. The emails will be responded to within 48 hours and we will provide any assistance needed there-after

Products unfit for Consumption

  1. We at Raavi Fig Orchards need to be notified of spoilage of product within 10 days from delivery date via email at figtales.india@gmail.com
  2. In the email please mention the  order number, date of packaging, clear images or video of the product to be shared 
  3. Since it is a food product we don’t have absolute control on  taste at all times, we will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, colour and texture/shape. Figs are dried in a completely natural process and there might be slight variations in the above factors. However, we shall not compromise on the quality and nutritional value of the products, do reach out to us if you have more than 50% of the product unviable for consumption. 
  4. We will try our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.
  5. If we are convinced that the product is unfit, after due diligence, we shall replace the product at the earliest.
